"I don't know that atheists should be considered citizens, nor should they be considered patriots. This is one nation under God." ~George Bush Sr.

10 Christians charged with kidnapping

Posted by Jesus on February 4, 2010

You’ve probably heard about the 10 Baptists who tried to bring 33 Haitian children to better lives by taking them out of their own country by now. It’s pretty much the only thing HNN is talking about anymore up here, and for good reason. These 10 awesome people are now facing charges for doing exactly what I would have done in their place! Revolting, I know!

Of course at the moment there’s a lack of information regarding the motives of the missionaries, but to any good Christians their motives aren’t actually important. The missionaries may say that they were merely trying to house some children for a couple of weeks while their parents got on their feet again, but we all know that it is the duty of all good Christians to take children away from heathens and devil-worshipers to raise them properly. We here in Heaven know that was their true intention, and they there on Earth know that God approves of their actions. Kidnapping children so that they may be raised Christian could easily be called one of the primary functions of missionaries operating in Haiti today.

The days and weeks ahead will be a real struggle for these poor missionaries, but if there’s one thing Dad likes it’s making things really, really hard on His people. I don’t have to tell you all that though, everyone goes to church with someone blessed with cancer or something similar.

The missionaries in Haiti need your help now though. They need good Christians around the world to stand up and proclaim the truth:  it’s simply not wrong to take children from parents who are not Christians.
