"The Media is ruled by Satan. But yet I wonder if many Christians fully understand that." ~Jimmy Swaggart

The Link

Posted by Jesus on March 23, 2007

I’m sure most of you have now heard about the website GodTube.com, an utterly brilliant idea utilizing the same technology and design as YouTube, but without all of that pesky sinful content. Our topic today comes from one of the many fantastic videos offered by this stronghold of faith and belief, and more importantly exposes a cause which all followers everywhere should rally behind and promote with the full force of your numbers.

The video I’m talking about is, of course, this 30-minute documentary on the link between abortion and breast cancer. Narrated by the ever-bubbly former Miss Ohio 2002, Brita Stream, this video will give you everything you need to know to rationally discuss and bring awareness about this obvious medical link. For those of you looking for a really easy cause that’s sure to give you heaps of points up here in Heaven, look no further. The documentary even features doctors and researchers, many of whom cite actual studies and papers which prove conclusively that this link exists. How many women do you think there are out there who believe that they can get an abortion and still only have an average change of getting breast cancer? How many of them do you think have scientific documented evidence to support such a silly position?

And if you want to see how committed a person can really be to a cause, take a look at the narrator, Brita Stream. In 2002, after winning Miss Ohio, she went on to compete in the Miss USA pageant. Every contestant is required to maintain a platform, something about which they feel strongly and are willing to tour the country discussing, should they win. Brita’s platform was then, of course, educating women on the link between abortion and breast cancer. Even then, five years ago, she was promoting the body of scientific knowledge and citing studies supporting the obvious fact that there is a built-in medical punishment for violating one of God’s rules. It really makes you wonder how much crap she’s had to take from people over the years who don’t know any better and who don’t have scientific evidence to back up their counter-claims.

The Bible is full of passages detailing Dad’s vengeance. He’s never been one to let an abomination slide, so it shouldn’t come as any real shock to learn that this link exists. In much the same way that natural disasters and successful terrorist attacks are often Dad’s responses to your overall way of life in America, the affliction of breast cancer upon many women is a direct result of their individual life choices. Brita understands this, as does a small but growing number of my flock.

And just so the men don’t feel completely left out, there are a great many ailments which God sends down upon you as well. It’s true that men don’t have the sheer number of problems that women have, and there’s a really good reason for that. While women can make individual choices which anger God, and thus become afflicted with something like breast cancer, men who anger God find both themselves and their wives experiencing problems. This, of course, presents a double threat to the ladies. All the more reason to pray and repent, I suppose.

And for those of you who are still unsure that links between sins and afflictions exists, I’d like to direct you to this post from a couple of weeks ago and this news story from this morning. I’ll let you do the math.
